I built Amarintoring after years inside leadership rooms where the real challenge was never talent, it was clarity under pressure.
Over 20+ years, I have led and operated across global organizations including 3M, Unilever, and American Express GBT, holding full P&L responsibility and guiding teams through growth, change, and complexity across different markets and leadership cultures.
Along the way, I’ve conducted hundreds of hours of mentoring for senior executives, managers, and high-potential talent. My work goes beyond guidance, it focuses on how leaders process uncertainty, challenge assumptions, and develop judgment that holds under pressure.
What became clear over time is that most organizations don’t lack talent, they lack a system for how leadership is developed, challenged, and scaled in practice.
That insight led to Amarintoring, a structured mentoring system designed to move leadership development from isolated activity to embedded organizational capability.
